In the last few months we had started looking to upgrade to a larger home . When the perfect home for us came on the market in March, we were in Canada and therefore couldn’t visit the home .After several phone calls to various agents , Sherry Ulaysien was the first one to call back my daughter in order to let her visit the house . My daughter FaceTimed us through the visit , we made an offer and got the house! All thanks to Sherry from your agency . During the entire process , Sherry was emailing and sending us all the necessary documents by Docusign! And because we were out of town ,she arranged for all kinds of repairs , window cleaner, painter ,roof inspection, landscaping to be done in our absence! How amazing is that ? When came the time to sell our first home , Sherry introduced us to her associate , Pam Browning who turned out to be another gem ! Again, the service and attention she gave us was above and beyond what you expect from a real estate agent . She kept in touch the whole time that the house was on the market , letting us know when there had been showings, made recommendations to make the house more appealing, showed up on numerous occasions to let tradesmen into the house, and so on .... These two are truly devoted and dedicated and make a perfect team ! We feel very thankful and lucky to have ended up with them ! Michele and Reg
